The Company (Click “Company”) now recently reorganized the company, preserving its handcrafted Artisan character.

For eighty years, Arrieta has been synonymous with arts and crafts. The talent of the company’s founder Avelino Arrieta has made it possible for the small-scale activity to become a highly competitive company selling firearms to all parts of Spain as well as to foreign countries.

The Craft

Arrieta produces hand-made sidelock shotguns by a team of craftsman, including those who worked with the company following their parents’ footsteps. Such an exceptional quality is noticeable in the fine materials, the carefully executed details or the hand-applied oil finish of the wooden elements. It’s for this set of properties that Arrieta is renowned all over the world.

Arrieta also has of features of a H&H type mechanism, chopper lump barrels, automatic ejectors, and hand detachable locks and articulated front triggers, and select walnut are standard. On custom orders, barrel lengths & chokes, and the stock dimensions are built to customer specifications.

Extra sets of  barrels, three types of top rib, single trigger, pistol grip stock and beavertail forearm, rounded action shaping, and fancy walnut are all available as extra cost options.
